Very friendly staff who’re really knowledgeable about the different types of tea & who’ve been able to help me find new teas to try out really easily just based on my saying things like “maybe something with licorice in it?”. I’ve found they’re really honest too about the type of teas they personally stock and which teas they’ve tried and didn’t like. On a couple occasions I’ve gone in with friends who knew nothing about tea and seemed really disinterested, but by the end of my shopping spree the staff had them involved in smelling the teas and having a nice time.

Overall my experiences at this Davids Tea have been OK. I have encountered some staff that are very pushy or that do not know much about the product they are selling, but some staff are very good. I find that the staff are very pushy at getting you to taste the featured teas of the day, even after you decline several times. I have had some bad experiences with improper weighing of teas. Often the teas I wanted were out of stock. However, the staff is always good at letting you smell as many teas as you want. The pricing is OK.

I’ve been frequenting this place so often that they know me now. Okay, correction, they remember me because they all know my little girl.

The staff is very helpful & knowledgeable about teas, making plenty of recommendations based on what you like. Plus, they’re always chipper, friendly, and willing to pull down tin after tin of tea for you to smell without complaint. The only downside is that new or popular teas are sometimes sold out.

The staff here have been extremely helpful. I was shown MANY tins of tea, and given great suggestions based on what I normally drink. They offer samples – two kinds of tea, daily. Right now they have an iced tea and a regular tea, but I’m not sure if that’s a summer thing.

Very friendly staff, helpful – brought many tins of tea over for us to smell before buying. The only downside was that several teas I wanted to try were out of stock.
