This is one of my favorite retail stores for tea – even though Teavana prices are often too high. This store features friendly, knowledgeable staff (but not too pushy) and you can sample top tea blends (like the aromatic chai blend – try it, it’s heaven!). The staff is more than welcome to discuss their selections and comparisons, or will open up a tub of a certain tea for a whiff. This shop does offer iced and hot tea to go if you’d like to try a variety without committing to the full purchase price. Overall my experiences there have been very pleasant.

Good selection of decent quality tea, but overpriced for what you’re getting. The staff are friendly – but beware they are trained to upsell you in subtle ways. If you ask for 4 oz. of tea, they will always fill the bag a bit more than 4 oz, and ask if that’s okay, expecting you to say, “Yes.” Which adds up if you’re buying that $25 tea.
