This is my evening tonic, brewed up with a bit of chrysanthemum. It is a medicinal dose, really, and I recommend multiple short steeps because it is so bitter, but damn…I do feel better when I drink this stuff regularly.

Drinking this on ice. I am very impressed. Good rooibos with not-sweet berry flavor. Slightly tart. Most refreshing.
