I’m trying this again and like it more than last time. A very refined tea.

I tried a different steeping method this time, and got different results. I used very hot water for a very short steep in a tiny (100 ml) glass gong fu teapot. This is a sweeter and juicier tea as a result.

Not as rich as I would like to be, but decent so far. Will try more.

A Vietnamese Pu Erh? Odd.

It is odd. Good for my tummy, though.

Cofftea

The odd intrigues me and I’d normally be on that like white on rice (Asian pun intented lol), but I’m not a shu fan.

I can drink either shu or sheng, but find that shu is really good at calming a tummyache.

This has become my “go to” tea for the time being. Simply lovely.

Still working with this tea, but it already seems remarkable.
