Can I just say I love, love this tea! It’s delicious hot or cold brewed :3 I threw some tea bags in my bottle of water yesterday and it turned out soo creamy. The cream\vanilla stands out so much more. Same goes for the hazelnut. The strawberry lends a bit of sweetness but it is mostly vanilla nut.
So I decided to start doing yoga again this morning and wanted a tea to go with it. I was torn between having coffee or having tea today so I thought I would compromise. I always like the flavor of this tea. The mocha flavor is spot on this morning and quite comforting.
This is an interesting tea. I was expecting more bacon flavor but it’s more sweet than anything. Not even really maple sweetness just a sweet black tea sweetness. I tried adding a pinch of salt to bring out the bacon flavor but no luck with that. I will have to keep experimenting with this one.
I got the sampler for Christmas and still haven’t tried all of them. Martha was picked randomly and I’m happy I picked this tea! Mmmm I know the flavors are caramel, sesame, and the assam melody but the combination of caramel and sesame somehow create maple and chestnut flavors. The flavor is wonderful and makes for a great breakfast tea.
Someone sent me this in a swap! Thank you to whoever sent me this! I was very hesitant to try this tea becuase you know… Hibiscus.. But I took my chances and brewed it. I cut my time down 30 seconds because you know… Hibiscus.. First sip.. whoa… that kind of tastes like sugar… second sip… not tart…? Third sip.. it tastes like Smarties!!!!! It’s fruity and sweet. The flavor makes the mouth feel powdery. Like you just poured Pixie Stix in your mouth. I was super surprised by this tea. Omnomnom!
