I got this from VariaTEA pretty recently!
She was so eager to get rid of it, but the second I smelled the package, it was nice! A nice mellow chocolate/peppermint tea. It smells like chocolate peppermint cookies, but with the woodsiness of rooibos! Ahh smells so good okay.
It does have a kick with the peppermint, and a nice flavour from the chocolate.
I’m just using this as tummy tea okay. Peppermint is great, but I wanted something a little bit more than just plain old peppermint so this one it is!
It is a good tea, and I really do like it :)

Cold brew. Sipdown.

This is much better than the hot brew I made last night! Still slightly disappointed that the woodsy rooibos taste was overshadowing the tart and juicy blueberries though. Sweetened with a touch of agave and it’s so much better! A nice refreshing drink now that SoCal is starting to heat up again.
Had a very nice and pink colour which I loved! It’s in the fridge right now in my Coronado cup thing which I honestly didn’t think I’d actually use.

This is my first time trying a matchaccino and I think it went well? I still don’t know if I’m making it correctly, but it tastes yummy so it’s all good to me :) I did almost a tablespoon of this (don’t know if this was the correct amount) and poured 12oz cold 2% milk right on top and mixed it up with my frother. It’s nice! I like how I don’t have to go looking for the caramel. It’s legit right there and you taste it the secon you take your first sip! It’s really nice and smooth, and it has just the right amount of sweetness, just enough that I don’t have to add anything to enhance the flavour.

Overall, Red Leaf, thank you for making this wonderful tea :)

Ahhh I freakin love rooibos because now I’m forcing myself to actually listen to my doctor and try to cut caffeine out of my diet. I stop it with the caffeine at 5 now, and soon enough, that’ll slowly creep up to 12 dang. Not cutting caffeine out completely, but this is the closest I’ll get!

But ahhh THIS SMELLS SO GOOD.
It like cake and dessert and caramel and cream and luscious goodness.
Steeping and it smells a smidge like blueberries because I didn’t bother cleaning out my infuser completely before moving onto this one oops. I better not taste the blueberries when I drink it!
Mmmm it tastes like caramel cake. Ahh so good! I really like this tea wow. I freakin LOVE how it’s rooibos, too! Like seriously. I wanna thank all the people I’ve been swapping with who gave me a ton of caffeine-free teas. Like I freakin LOVE my flavoured blacks, but I actually need the rooibos and herbals. If only all my favourite teas were all caffeine-free.

So it’s past 6pm and that’s it with the caffeine for the day! Only managed to drink two cups of tea. Dang :/

Sticking strictly to caffeine-free teas now and I got this from the ever so wonderful MissB!
I realized pretty recently that I enjoy blueberry teas, whether it’s in a black/fruit blend, or a rooibos blend like this.
Dude. Blueberries are SO FREAKIN GOOD OKAY JUST GIVE ME ALL THE BLUEBERRIES.

Hmm.. this is an okay tea. There’s a buttload of blueberries so this was way more tart than I would have liked. And the rooibos gave a bit more of a woodsy flavour, instead of enhancing the tart blueberries. I’ve definitely had some rooibos with a more refreshing taste so maybe that would have worked better with this blend.
A nice tea! I just wasn’t expecting it to taste a bit heavy, I was expecting a bit more of a bounce.
I’ll be putting this into my mason jar to leave it to brew overnight in the fridge :)

Definitely not in the Teen Wolf fandom so I have no idea how Stiles is supposed to taste like! I know nothing about his character. My knowledge on Teen Wolf though.. Every character that I know of, they’re just one character with different names so I honestly have no idea who is in Teen Wolf and what this show is about!

Definitely not in the Teen Wolf fandom so I have no idea how Stiles is supposed to taste like! I know nothing about his character. My knowledge on Teen Wolf though.. Every character that I know of, they’re just one character with different names so I honestly have no idea who is in Teen Wolf and what this show is about!So I’m just rating this on the tea itself.

The cherry does take over the chocolate though. I almost get no chocolate taste! But the cherry is very present, but not so much that it tastes like medicine. If I didn’t look at the ingredients, then I would not have known to look for almond notes. Yes, I do taste faint almond flavours, but only because I was looking for it. The cherry is very pronounced! But I like how the Assam tones it down a bit. Add more cherry and less assam then it probably would be more on the medicine side, rather than the nice tea side :)

Dude. I keep forgetting I have this tea.
I normally look at the teas that are organized in the little bucket stuff on my bookshelf, I keep forgetting that I actually have tins of teas just over to the right! Dang.
Ahh well. herbals for the night. It’s 11:30 and I’ve got stuff to do and I’ll need to be able to go to sleep tonight :)

A decent tea. Rooibos and peppermint blend. Can totally taste the citrus.
There’s a thing in this tea though that’s not necessarily working for me though. Like it’s great but… there’s an ingredient in there that just throws it off.

Last time I had this, I totally messed it up because I added more peppermint. I felt like it was going to be too chocolatey? Ahh well. Just having this tea straight, no more additions!
It smells wonderfully of coco though so I kinda love it for that.
This is a nice tea! Nice and refreshing from the hints of peppermint, but it does have a bold flavour to it with the added coco. I’ve never had Marshmallow Leaf before so I don’t know how it tastes like, but this blend does work very well :)

Brewed this and threw it into my timolino. Definitely need the mate to stay awake throughout the day haha.
A really nice blend. Love the taste of toasted mate, and I think I’m starting to love the taste of chocolate-y teas, hence the tiget eye! The chestnut rounds the tea out nicely :)

This cuppa did end up a smidge over steeped though (I followed Adagio’s steeping perameters) so.. maybe cooler water/less time when I drink this next. I’ve got about 2g left of this tea, dang. It’s really good! Def need more mate because of all the huge blocks of classes I have now.
