Sip down, and still waiting for a reply about the tea that I, you know, ordered but never received. I escalated it to a claim and have yet to hear from PayPal about it. Unbelievable.

Yeah, I’d just really like my money back at this point, and if PP can’t do that for me, then yay for losing money due to douchebag customer service.
