I was really bummed that this tea wasn’t a permanent part of the Davids collection. I walked in to the store to restock and they were completely out! Then I rushed home and bought two 100g tins online. I was so pleased that i didn’t miss out on restocking this tea, because it is phenomenally good. I can’t get enough of it….. then it turns out it’s permanent. Yay!
My all-time favorite tea is Davids’ Exotica, so I knew I’d like this citrus tea, but holy moley, the mint really makes it pop. It’s like nothing I’ve ever tried/expected before in a tea. It gives the tea that that nice cool sensation at the end of a sip after the sweet citrus taste of a creamsicle almost. Even warm, this tea is refreshing on a hot day. I drank this tea all summer, even in 38 degree weather! It was THAT good. So glad I got the chance to try this and stocked up on a generous amount when I thought it was going to be gone for good.

Yes, I am aware! It was made permanent the week after I bought 200g of it online. It’s a good thing too, because I was probably going to end up being quite stingy with my stock.

I’m a 22 year old city girl who loves the hustle and bustle of urban life but like everybody else, I just want to come home at the end of the day and curl up with my dog, my tea, and a good book.
I’ve never cared much for coffee, but got into tea after a visit to Lupicia in Hawaii. What started off as a small box set of souvenir tea has turned into monthly tea shopping trips to local tea shops and a cabinet in the pantry just for tea!
