drank Kaze by Cha Do Raku
18 tasting notes

It’s been a long time since I had drunk a Japanese green tea. And today, I decided to drink a Kamairicha from Cha Do Raku (a tea room from Montreal). I used senchado technique for this tea tasting.

So what about this tea? It’s delicious: it smells sweet and floral and the taste is like corn and jasmine. The tea is very equilibrated, and the texture is creamy in my mouth. A very good tea!

Preparation
180 °F / 82 °C 4 g 3 OZ / 100 ML
