70 Tasting Notes
Hauled this one out. Nothing to add to what I’ve said before.
If anyone is wondering what happened to my longwinded rambles of before, I,’all tell you. Still no WiFi chez moi. However, a friend gave me a teeny tablet which makes access out in the world far easier. I am grateful. That said, the thing is a PITA to use and messages disappear. And who in their right mind wants to spend hours in a cafe typing w a little stick. Especially a tea drinker who has mountains of tea at home.
Sipdown!
Wow! Really good— prominent peach, boisterous blackberry, frisky black base, oat butter crumble finish. Added a splash of half and half as I am moving through the refrigerator before I leave. Nice addition.
I’ve got the second steep languishing in a hardworking thermos. Hopefully, it’ll stay hot for me when I wake up in the morning.
And it’s a sipdown!

Going back home to no wifi land tomorrow as I finish my housesitting stint. The plus of course will be getting back to my colossal stash and a gazillion tea choices but I will have, for the time being, no one to share my tea thoughts with. I will be getting my wifi sorted—eventually so I hope to see you all soon.
This blend is good, but it would be better with a bit more backbone on the base and a bit more dark chocolate and vanilla on the flavourings.
