As always, I must say:

Black Silk Chocolate Milk (even though I know you can’t find the base black tea)
Berried Treasure
Peachy Keen

Some others, now that I’m more awake for the day:

LiberTEAs Tomato, Basil & Black Pepper
marshmallow root teas!

and if I didn’t already know you didn’t make white teas for the advent, my suggestion would be Bananas & Cream.

Thanks! I might have to resurrect the Tomato Basil & Black Pepper at some point – it’s been a while. It will take some time as I need to source the ingredients again – but maybe sometime next year? That one definitely won’t be sourced in time for the box, but maybe sometime next fall (2024) would be a good time for it?

Never got to try the Tomato Basil & Black Pepper and definitely want to, so +1 for that at whatever future date.

I’m not sure if it’s too late to add things, but I’d also like to nominate maple baked pears honeybush!

definitely agree re: the marshmallow root teas
Gingerbread Coffeecake, if you can

Thanks – just a question on the marshmallow root teas – is this a request for – like – Marshmallow treat genmaicha types of teas? Any specific teas? Since I’m going to be including the teas mentioned here in this thread on the poll, any specific teas you can offer would be helpful. Thanks!

Marshmallow treat genmaicha types, but also I love Graveyard Mist (me and everyone else, I know). A holiday variation on that would be really fun.

Would absolutely love to see Sweet Zhang again! Also interested to try Cherries Jubilee Bai Mu Dan.

Thank you for your input. The tea for the base of Sweet Zhang is not always easy to obtain – however, I do have more now and I will be making a VERY limited amount of the Sweet Zhang again – I’m thinking about doing it as a fundraiser though – because I need to raise some funds! LOL

As for the Cherries Jubilee – Unfortunately, because of the ‘fluffiness’ of the white tea, I don’t include it in the Holiday box because I need to be mindful of how much space 9 grams of any tea would take especially for the box. However, I do have a bit more Bai Mu Dan currently, and I’m contemplating what tea I might make with it in the next couple of months. Maybe the Cherries Jubilee? It’s definitely something I’ll consider.

I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for the Sweet Zhang- I will buy so.much. I just love it.

Thank you for this list! Unfortunately, I am not able to locate the recipe for the white lemony earl grey tea. :( Unfortunately at some point, prior to taking over 52Teas from Frank – he had a computer crash and lost a lot of his recipes and since I can’t find something like that in my list of recipes, I’m assuming it must be one that was lost. I also looked through steepster notes and didn’t find anything. I even attempted to find something like this in my past notes as a tea reviewer but came up empty handed. Sorry!

Thank you for the other suggestions. Some of those teas, I’m not able to do (due to the inability to source the ingredients, example: Blackberry Zomba Green) but the ones that I will be able to source, I will include on the poll! Thanks a bunch!

Maybe I’m dreaming it – perhaps you could keep it in mind for the future? I also looked and couldn’t find it, but I have a weirdly distinct memory of it.

And no problem – I included a bunch of specialty blends!

Glad you’re feeling better! That sounds like a rough experience with the flu.

FYI, in the last section on the google survey, for “tisane” you didn’t set it so that people can select more than one option.

52Teas said

Oh! Thank you for letting me know! I will attempt to fix that!

OK – I think I fixed it – I hope it works for everyone else! Thanks again for letting me know!

And thank you for your well wishes. It was weird because since covid, I’ve been meticulous about wearing my mask. Yes, even now – because Mat is immunocompromised and I don’t want to expose him to anything. As a result, we haven’t been sick much at all over the past three + years, so when we got the flu, it was just terrible and weird because it had been so long being sick that I had forgotten how much it sucks. Ugh! Anyway, we have all bounced back and we’re doing a lot better!

Thanks!
