The Cuppa Geek calendar is only $18, so I just added that to the lineup.

Now I am intrigued! Shipping seems fair, so does price… Ahhh!

Ahhh, I caved and ordered one for me and one for my niece.

I’ve never tried their teas before, but their flavors seem fun!

If I get enough money from my part-time job from October, I will go for it I think!

I’ve never had their teas before either and am super tempted by this!

This one looks super interesting too and for a nice price. I think it’s always nice to support another fellow Steepster.

Thank you all for your support and the kind words! I do have a lot of fun putting the calendars together. Appreciate the add to the list!

Nichole, just a question, before I place the order… is shipping even to the Czech Republic only 5$ ? Seems quite low for me, but honestly can’t afford much more in this time.

Hi Martin! Let me check on the shipping for you. I typically just do $5 to cover US shipping but have honored that for Canada as well. If you want to send me an email at cuppageekteas@gmail.com- then we can figure out something for you :)

Nichole, I just sent an email :)

I grabbed this one as well. I am very excited about it! Also, it was an amazing price so I could not pass it up…despite having several other calendars inbound.

After few emails with Nichole, I placed the order as well! Maybe it won’t come till December, 1. But who cares, right?! I am curious about the teas!

So, two calendars, maybe three, is in my opinion quite bearable amount to drink them daily. Can’t wait for a package from US.

If anyone is a Green-tea lover, here is GREEN TEA only Advent Calendar. I had luck to get one of their teas and I think it is high quality vendor, but as well pricey one :)

Advent calendar for people who prefer unflavoured teas. Likely to include puerh as well. They don’t list inclusions. https://teajoint.ca/product/advent-calendar?fbclid=PAAaZclujyD1d9YXZiXAvNZ6KCrq-tOCl7bn1uCfUcitYDXhY7B2TG07yW_6M

Tea•o•graphy is doing an advent. Unsuccessfully holding back on mentioning the price seeming a little steep.

Have you tried any of their teas? Some of them look interesting…

I have tried a few and wasn’t really able to get into them. A few of them are pretty to look at and have ingredients that are intriguing. I haven’t totally given up on them. They are doing some blends with Moon Unit Zappa, which is an interesting celebrity twist.

I ended up ordering the Palais Des Thes one from Bloomingdale’s site. They are sachets in case anyone was wondering. They had free shipping and it was on sale. It ended up costing about $25 Still pondering if I can afford to get the Cuppa Geek one as well this year.

So I just ordered the DT matcha advent for some reason… I’m not sure if it will even get here in time, but you know, impulse shopping. ;)

XD

Now I can have a matcha in the morning to go with my advent jam & toast! ❤

It sounds like a great start to the day for all of December!

I love the idea of multiple advents making up advent breakfast for a month! I think you are off to a good start!

This is a foldable and reusable tea advent calendar. Pretty cool. You get more than one brand of tea. So a great discovery experience.

I saw that one, but it’s just too expensive for me.

Looks like you can buy just the tea without the calendar part, but it’s still $90 for 24 tea bags!

I am so excited too! I am a little disappointed because I ordered my Plum Deluxe calendar on Nov 6 but they only shipped it on the 24th so when I checked earlier, the calendar was only in San Francisco. My guess is it won’t make it here on time. Meanwhile, the calendar I ordered on Black Friday has an estimated delivery of Dec 1.

Ugggghhh that’s so infuriating! I’ve seen other people on Steepster with the same issue. Fortunately I got mine on time, but the lack of communication (at least, as far as I’ve seen) for such a bungle really makes me hesitant to order from Plum Deluxe in the future…

If they find themselves in a situation where it’s questionable whether the calendar will be received in time, they should really be expediting the shipping. And probably filling international orders first as well… GRR.

Sorry, rant over. I hope you get it soon, and that your other advents are extra awesome to make up for its tardiness!

VariaTEA said

Yeah, it seems like such a gap between ordering and sending and so late to send, especially given COVID delaying things and it having to cross a border. I had another issue with Plum Deluxe because after I place my order, I kept getting emails that I abandoned my cart and had to email them to confirm the order even went through.
