Iced Tea - How to Prevent Clouding

Hi…I’d like to hot brew some iced tea to make a classic black (lemon/honey) Southern-style iced tea…I don’t wish to cold brew because I want to keep the tannic structure of the final iced tea…That being said, has anyone found a good black tea to avoid clouding…I’ve used almost everything I’ve gotten my hands on – especially Nilgiri which is know for NOT clouding (it did but more slowly than most). ANY help/tips on brewing or tea choice would be most appreciated!

Also, I’d love to survey if people feel off-put by a clouded black iced tea, in general?

Thanks – ThinkTeaNYC

A little pinch of baking soda should keep iced tea clear!
