Very nice video of making puerh in a gaiwan! My hands are far too small to hold the gaiwan that way.

How do you usually hold it?

I could not pick up the saucer because my gaiwan is very tall, so after I watched your video I bought a shorter gaiwan that has a more squat shape, and I can lift it the way you do now! With my tall gaiwan, I place the knuckle of my index finger on the lid with finger bent under and lift the cup only, not saucer, with thumb on one side of the gaiwan and remaining fingers on the other side of the gaiwan.
