How does matcha taste?

I too want to know how matcha tastes. I know that Davidstea sells flavored matcha if you do not like regular matcha. There’s three grades of matcha if I recall.

It’s sort of a more concentrated green tea. If you don’t like the taste of Japanese green tea, then matcha may not be a good choice for you.
I describe a good matcha as having a marine and sweet aroma, which feels very fresh. The taste is again sort of like seaweed, but more creamy and slightly sweet. Full of umami flavor. It shouldn’t be too bitter or astringent.
You should try a high quality matcha, the cheaper ones are way too bitter.
