Do you log each tea you drink during the day or just new ones?

…I know my tea inside out after I am through with 150g.
Then I log.

Whoa! Almost all my teas are samples because I have the "I have to try everything! attitude so I’d never log anything if I only logged after consuming 150g of each tea!

…well, I really take my time for every single blend and try different variations. Water temperature, infusing time, portioning, clay tea pot, fine China ware tea pot, if its a black tea: with/without milk…until the ultimate test…loose leafs thrown in a highball glass and steeped…playing with the blends is the actual kick for me in reagards of working with the flavors as they can change so much only by alter details…

t first I was just doing a general tealog once and for all for all time. Based upon recent discussion with the steepster moderators, and this morning’s unusually unsatisfying cuppa – I’m going to log somewhat more frequently. Plus, as I think about it it, the site does seem to be more about keeping a running log, and not about keeping an all time once and for all review.

I think people would wanna log more if they could put ratings for each specific cup vs just a general one?
