Limited Ability to Reply Email from Jason?

I just received the following message after sending an email to add ingredients to the Steepster database. Does this mean that the creators are no longer monitoring the site? Is there someone who can make updates in his place? Hopefully this is just a temporary automatic reply (maybe a vacation?); I normally hear back from Jason when I send something.

“Thanks so much for your email. Unfortunately, our ability to reply is very limited and we may not be able to respond to your message. We will do our best to address any urgent issues as quickly as possible. Thanks so much for your patience. – Jason”

Come to think about it when I’ve sent an email to add ingredients I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a response.

Now that you say that, mine are usually in the form of an automated message about office hours on the weekends (different than this one), but I have received a few emails directly from Jason in the past. It’s been a while though.

In general, I’ve found Jason has stopped responding and I get responses from other moderators on the account instead (not so much recently, because I’ve fallen behind on my usual habit of database-crawling for duplicates).
