Aged Traditional Tie Guan Yin from Verdant. Nice and dark (for TGY). Several steepings at 3g/80ml 195F.

Drinking Organic 2019 Qing Xin Gan Zhi Green Tea – Lot 801 from Taiwan Tea Crafts. Picked in Jan of this year. The very first tea of the year. It’s very light, fresh , & vegetal with almond and floral notes.

I’m grandpa steeping some Dragonwell, not this year’s though but from 2018. I had a sample from Teavivre that kept remarkably well under cold storage. Really smooth and has a matcha-like savory flavor.
