poured into a large mug, should satisfy your requirements in a cheap and effective manner.

Edit: I missed that you mentioned that you don’t particularly like pots, maybe you could still give them a try, they are not particularly hard to maintain or clean and far more easier to use if you are not dextrous.

You could also try a 150ml glass tea pot, while it may not have the heat retention of porcelain/ceramic/clay, it is still good enough for most teas and you can check the leaves and aroma while brewing to finalize the timings and other parameters for future.

That’s kind of what I’m doing now, but I think I may end up going with a kyusu.
