A Sip of History...

Finally completed both parts of The History of Dian Hong – Story of A Wartime Invention! It’s been fun reading up stories about my favorite teas in the past year. And I’ve always wanted to share these stories with my fellow tea lovers. So I finally got my acts together and began Project Portrait, where I take macro pictures of tea leaves as I enjoy a cup and read all about it (now writing about it as well). Please feel free to share any interesting tea story you may have as well. And let me know if there’s any tea you want to learn more about! I’d be more than happy to share with you anything I may know/find about it.

Here’s a fun read for those of you craving for the lesser-known stories behind your favorite teas. It’s somewhat lengthy for me to post it here so check it out at my blog:

Thanks, Rasseru! I’m trying to put together a mini library of stories for anyone interested in reading more about their favorite teas. Hope this becomes a useful resource for our tea community
