Had this at a Cafe Venetia. It’s wonderfully strong rooibos, on the second steeping more of the sweet licorice flavors came out. I like the spiciness. Chewed on the ginger afterwards.

Flavors: Ginger, Licorice, Pepper, Rooibos

Too sweet. It has a nice dusty cinnamon/rooibos scent, but once it hits the tongue a cloying, aromatic, candy-like taste overwhelms. cannot finish my cup.

edit: blended it with my other non-sweet rooibos teas and it was alright.

Flavors: Cinnamon, Spicy, Sugarcane

Preparation
190 °F / 87 °C 7 min, 15 sec 1 tsp 8 OZ / 236 ML
