Thés de la Pagode

Sampled this at one of the booths. It was a pretty straight forward blend of black tea with spices and orange. I enjoyed the sample a lot, but it wasn’t distinct enough to warrant a purchase. The clove note with the bright orange in particular was really nicely balanced though. Totally got the name and the sort of cozy vibe/comfort element to the tea that would work so spectacularly during the heart of winter.

Many types of Oolong tea around, and this one here has got to be the very best. My personal favorite anyime.
