This was my first time trying rooibos tea. It is light on the tongue with a very mild flavour and little to no aroma. Quite enjoyable at any time of the day, especially nights since it has no caffeine is not really from the tea plant. Lovely cup of herbal tisane, must try for those who prefer mild teas.

One of the better oolongs I have tasted. The Chinese oolong usually has a woodsy, smokey flavour. This has a more slightly fruity or floral tinge to it, no doubt resulting from the darjeeling origins. Great tea, recommended try!

This is a good darjeeling tea, with considerable flavour and strength. Compared to darjeeling tea available in local markets, this is in a league of its own. An enjoyable black tea which can be taken with or without milk and sweetener.

Lemon teas are great morning teas that provide an amazing pick me up with their fresh aroma and zingy flavour. This tea was no different. It was amazingly flavourful and enjoyable, and had no sourness so there is no need to add honey or sugar though you could, if you so desired.

I liked this tea, though I must admit it was not a favourite. However that is only because I personally do not enjoy the taste of coconut very much. That said, quality wise it is a great tea and the flavour of coconut is not overwhelming, so you can still enjoy it for its herbal flavour.

I have always loved chamomile tea because it calms me right down. This one is a delight because the aroma of chamomile mixed with a hint of lavender does wonders for the senses even before tasting the tea. It tastes mainly of chamomile but the underlying flavours are evident as you drink more of it. A lovely cuppa!

The perfect fusion of spices and the aroma just makes my day awesome.

It is the perfect Indian Chai, not strong and overpowering, but leaves a hint of the flavours of the spices as you take a sip. Its the one that i would love to have once i wake up in the morning.

The perfect cup of tea which is so light yet the flavours just kickstart your day and give you a feel good factor.

You could also have this post a meal as the ingredients in this tea help in digestion.

The tea has a strong aroma of chamomile , lavender and lemongrass. But yes, the flavours aren’t as overpowering as the aroma. So it’s quite calming and soothing on the senses.

The tea consists of ingredients like chamomile, lemon grass, lavender and gotukola which are quite beneficial to health and not just help with sleep-related issues. So let me give you some information about the various ingredients that’s used in creating this amazing tea.

Chamomile is not just used to help with sleep but it has various other benefits like it fights against acne and dark circles, prevents dandruff, enriches the hair color, boosts immunity, calms muscle pain, reduces menstrual cramps and many more..

Lavender has the ability to relieve stress, improve mood, promote restful sleep, reduce inflammation, lower skin irritation, prevent infections, eliminate dandruff, and soothe stomach bloating.

Lemon Grass treats digestive health problems like indigestion, constipation, heartburn, diarrhea, bloating, flatulence, stomach spasms, vomiting and cramps. It also has antimicrobial properties that help relieve gastroenteritis.

Gotukola is a rejuvenative herb and boosts the central nervous system. It is said to combat stress and depression, energizes the central nervous system and rebuilds energy reserves. It also repairs the skin and combats high blood pressure and has anti-bacterial properties

So yes, i barely get few hours of sleep in a day and this tea definitely calms down the mind and senses and has a soothing effect. I like the tea for the various benefits it has, including taking care of my sleep issues.

A tea which helps me in so many ways is worth the splurge and is an essential for any person, be it a person with a 8 hour office job or even a housewife who needs that additional energy.

This tea would help you relax, and unwind and end the day with a good night’s sleep, which is essential to begin a new day without a heavy head and a migraine.

The fragrance is amazing with moringa and rose. The tea has a strong taste of green tea wid a hint of ginger and cinnamon.
This tea has some amazing ingredients which help in meltdown of the fat. One has to be clear that just having this tea wont help much; you need a balanced diet as well as a good workout.

I follow a balanced diet, cutting down on the oily food and snacks and trying to eat healthy. In addition to this, I have a workout routine thrice a week plus running behind my tod every single day.

It can’t get better for me- a green tea that is able to keep my metabolism higher along with melting down the extra fat whilst giving me the energy for the day!

As i am constantly on the move, as well as sitting for long hours while editing a blog, leads to sore muscles and body aches. This tea is like a stress buster and reduces the pain. It relaxes the mind and body .

The ten minute tea break is quite refreshing and enables me to focus better on my work as well as the other chores.

I love the tea as it is so calming and relaxing and you instantly feel rejuvenated.

It doesn’t taste bitter and is quite soothing.

The aroma of lemongrass is quite strong but tones down on preparation of the tea.

Also this tea is good to have, especially when you are having a tough day and need an energy boost, which this tea definitely does justice to. It immediately relaxes the mind and those ten minutes with your cup of tea is enough to sort your day.

This tea also has ginger, tulsi and Echinacea (coneflower) which protects from the ill effects of seasonal changes, common cold, cough and flu by reducing their severity and duration.

So yes! make sure to have this tea in your office desk or at home and whenever you feel low or suffer from a cold /cough/flu , you’ll always have your buddy around!
