Another daily favorite. Nice robust flavor. Ideal steeping 2-3 minutes.

Another daily favorite of mine, this is in my cup almost daily. It’s a good anytime tea – or when you’re relaxing – or enjoying Yum Cha at your favorite Chinese Restaurant.

Brewed for 5 minutes. This oolong suprised me! I found it rather tasty, probably because it was very similar to a black tea except it didn’t have a malty kick or any tanniny tangs. I think I’ve found an oolong that I can actually drink!

(lends well to multiple infusions) Green tea for green tea haters! Its deliciously nutty and savoury, tastes like popcorn with a delicate green tea undertone. A cup (or pot) of this is a perfect afternoon snack alternative. Mmmhmm!

Really full of flavour without strength, a nice laid back Assam. I’d recommend drinking without milk.

drank White Peach by t Leaf T

Yeah this tea still rocks my socks off like Frank Sinatra’s “Two Hearts Two Kisses (make One Love)”. Honestly I think this is the best flavoured white tea I’ve ever come across. The natural peach flavouring makes all the difference, and it really is just like biting into a peach! Its awesomeness was only made more apparant when tasting them with other flavoured white teas. None of them even came close!

Loving you baby is my desire, I know that you can set this world afire…

I find it funny that in one tasting note you say you don’t really like whites, then give another one a 100- YAY!=D

Miss Sweet

Haha I like my tea with a bit of substance, so the plain ones I’ve tried just don’t do it for me!

The perfect tea to drink on a day like today when the weather can’t make up its mind whether to rain or shine, and you’re stuck at work hanging out for 5.30pm so you can run home and pop on a face mask and some Cary Grant.

This has a rounder flavour to it than the Irish Breakfast and is of course, best with milk. Maltalicious!

Has more of a kick to it than your standard english breakfast, the malt flavour really comes through. The perfect accompaniment to a cooked breakfast, I love this tea the most when its paired with bacon & eggs on toast!

Now that sounds like a damn fine breakfast idea and do-able given it’s a Saturday Morning! I just put the kettle on for my second mug so I’ll wait a bit and pair it as you suggest :D

Ohhhhhh yeah. I have no other words, so it seems appropriate to leave you with this delightful ode that my best friend wrote for me:

An Ode To Bergamot
Oh bergamot, the one the true
So many things I owe to you
The mighty zing you give to tea
Enlivens something within me
Like crack or coke or maybe hoes
You make me smile from top to toes
And just like crack we can’t give up
That swish of joy within in my cup
If you were to be a man
I’d stalk you as much as I can
I’d marry you and bear your child
And in the bedroom be so wild
Oh bergamot don’t ever change
Don’t wear Ed Hardy and start a “band”
Because dear friend my love for you
Is so old fashioned, fair and true

Hee! I have to drink an Earl today – and recite your ode as I sip!!!

Miss Sweet

Haha glad y’all like it, my friend has a natural talent for writing odes :D

I love it! I’d marry Lapsang Souchong and have a child. Maybe this is a new concept in mating. I also wouldn’t mind marrying a nebbiolo vineyard.

Perfect, fierce, amazing, etc. If I logged this every time I drank it, it would be embarrassing. The one true earl grey, all others pale in comparison!

The perfect earl grey – no nasty perfumey flowers added, just full-flavoured bergamot with a no-nonsense base. CItrusy, refreshing, amazing! I have yet to find an earl grey that compares, I can’t live without this one!

Ah, one of the only rooibos blends I actually like! The flavour surprisingly lives up to the aroma with this one: creamy, chocolately, coconuty goodness. Perfect on a horrible winter day with a decent splash of milk, comfort in a cup!
