This is a fantastic tea. I make 8-10 steepings (gong fu style at around 190 degrees) with each brew having a distinct flavor profile. Starts nutty, like raw almonds, and slowly adds earthy notes with a warm and comforting mouth feel.
Lovely fresh taste and light color. Also has an earthy, almost artichokey, quality that I really like. A great tea to unwind with. I’ll buy this again.
