A superb chai blend with an authentic and classic feel. The aroma is strong and spiced, with a robust flavour to match. Perfect with milk and a little honey.

This is the first chai I ever made using the stovetop method of whisking the tea in milk in a pot and as long as the process was, I think it is definitely the best method for brewing chai because it was just so creamy and well rounded.

I enjoyed that this tea had a nice ginger flavor that contrasted nicely to the sweeter milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. This also had nice clove flavoring to it as well.

Eggnog latte for the win! Btw chai teas are growing on me. Loving the warming ginger on this chilly night.

I love that chai is the mingling of the world’s tastes. It’s the tea culture from China; the spice from India; and the English’s ability to spread and co-mingle the two.

What I find I love about chamomile is that baked good honey flavor that helps promote that relaxing atmosphere. These sachets from Hope & Glory fit that bill perfectly.
