I drink this frequently, since it’s what McDonald’s uses. I prefer it over the Second Cup Earl, which is my other source of hot tea while I’m at work. It’s pretty good. Not the best I’ve ever had, far from the worst. I would not be ashamed to have it in my personal collection.

I forgot I had this one when I first got to work today! I even wrote down tasting notes and stuck it in my pocket! These are teas that we get at work.

It’s okay, it just tastes like black really. I might have oversteeped this one, it was a little tannin-y. But no aftertaste, just a little astringent. It’s golden brown tea. I detect sweet notes, maybe fruity, but very minimal. And the initial smell is almost a little grassy, like a field. I think I can get better black tea taste from my trusted PG Tips.

Yeah…the astrigent part let’s me stay away from Darjeelings. Not a big fan of it.

Are they all that way? I was thinking I may just have bad tea at work.

Drinking this one right now. It’s a little sharper than I like my lemon teas, and I really love lemon teas. Not so much here for me, this time.

Drank this when I was on the road earlier today. The water at the gas station was too hot but the tea didn’t turn overly bitter and the added citrus was nice and refreshing.

Blech. Smells strongly herbal and woodsy, and all I ever taste is sharp lemon. It came with a gift basket, and I just want to finish off the remaining bags. I don’t have it in me to toss tea out, even if it’s awful.
