I took this one from “huge bags section” I wonder if it is somehow new one or some really old one. I have no idea. And it was in paperbag.

But, it was in dry space. I checked the bag and it seemed fine. So let’s brew it. As it is herbal, I let it in the cup all the time. When filterbag touched hot water, it was clear that it is not dust of elderflowers but there are real pieces of them. And it smells so divine. Brew itself is very light-green, but it’s clear.

Aroma is very nice. It is indeed just elderflower, but certainly good one. No musty aroma, rather hints of honey or pollen.

The taste is as well great. Quite sweet, but it reminds me homemade elderflower syrup. It is mouth-watering tea. Simple, yet great.

Made this tea to help my scratchy throat and wake me up a bit this morning. Feeling under the weather, so I’ll add more sugar than usual. I enjoy this tea but can never taste as much ginger as I expect to from it.
