Excellent herbal tea for acute onset of viral illness. Drink 1/2 cup daily as a preventative. All local herbs!!!

Directions: Add 1 tablespoon of herbal blend to 1 cup of boiling water. Allow to sit covered in a glass or ceramic vessel for 20 minutes. Strain and drink hot (1/2 to 1 cup ) during acute infection, once daily as a preventative.
