Another sample from Sil. She spoiled me!

On first opening the little bag of this, I was a bit worried becuase I could smell an earthy aroma, which I associate with a pu-erh. I then looked up the description of this tea, and was greatly confused. Black tea scented with orange? That can’t be what I have here.

While brewing I could still smell the earthy aroma, I got from the dry tea. But after brewing and once it started to cool, there was that orange scent! It was a black base with a light orange scent. The taste is absolutely awesome. Very refreshing. I almost want to try putting orange slices into my black tea to see if I get the same taste.

SIPDOWN! Thank you again ysaurella This is a tasty tea that i quite enjoy even with the floral notes present throughout the blend. I’m ever so glad i got the chance to enjoy a few cups of this :)

mmmmm delicious! Thank you again ysaurella for the lovely teas you sent me. I really have enjoyed nearly all of them so far! This one is no exception :) Peach and vanilla and delicious! I’m glad i have at least one more cup of this to enjoy before it disappears and i need to try and decide which teas to beg my mother to pick up next month haha

this was my afternoon tea – just wanted something warm and comforting. I seem to be doing better with being sick, so here’s hoping today was rest enough for me to be totally better tomorrow. I can hope right? heh

chocolate, almond, smooth, delicious base that doesn’t overpower OR get lost in the flavours. Still one of my favourite from DF.

noms. overleafed this one a little today, to really bring out the dark chocolateness of this. lower temp = delicious! i also think i should make this as a latte sometime… mmmmmmmmm

Still love this one….rich in the chocolate department but not like say, mousse au chocolate. It’s also that chocolate taste that i like, versus some of the chocolate teas out there.

Trying to drink some of my older teas. Going through weighing my cupboard today to see where i landed for the end of march and grabbed this one earlier today. Still enjoying it and glad the flavouring hasn’t lessened.

Backlogging

chocolate, hazlenut yes. This one has been on my wishlist for about a year when ysaurella let me try it. So much more than many other teas. I’m super glad this one is back in my cupboard. yum

Backlog from this morning since steepster was misbehaving. I will miss this chocolatey delicious tea but thank you so much ysaurella for sharing it with me!

oh man…this one…ysaurella you are the best! She saved the last little bit of this one so that i could try it and i am loving it! I prefer it to florence from harney and sons, and i think i could even get my other half to drink this instead of hot chocolate. This is a great example of a chocolate tea that is really great!
