Biron Herbal Teas

This is a lovely green tea with the fruit really giving it a holiday vibe. Cozy!

The initial scent of this tea is of a very strong peach. Once steeped, the color is a red-hued honey. This is my first time having honeybush, so I’m not sure what to look for in taste, but I don’t think it matters since the most dominant flavor is peach. It also has some tropical undertones from the pineapple and the apricot, but mostly I taste peach, which is fantastic in my book. I drank this hot, but I could see myself enjoying it iced as well.

This tea has a lovely mix of citrus and floral flavors. It’s a smooth, easy drinking tea that is not too bitter. The tea comes in fine-mesh pyramids, but it is still easy to see the tea leaves, which are whole and not broken up or powdery. I enjoyed just smelling this tea right out of the canister. The calendula and mallow definitely set it apart from other earl grey teas I’ve had.
