I love Yunnan tea, and this tastes very similar, but is much less expensive.

It was a writing afternoon. I was keyed up, needed to even out. Needed fruity, minty, grassy, earthy. Got it, and how.

Jury’s out on this. Despite the name, it’s not that fruity. It’s the color of a bloody shiraz, for certain, but the almost lawn-like flavor of the lemongrass and the tanniny rosehips dominate this cup. And minty undertones, no less. Good afternoon calm-down tea, I think.

I hated this tea. NOw, in all fairness, I am not very fond of jasmine teas unless the jasmine is very subtle. I felt the jasmine in this was way too overpowering…I just felt like I was drinking a bottle of perfume. The tins are very nice, however.

Really not a bad tea at all. Plus, their tins are perfect. Reusable? You bet!

No where near as good as Adagio’s Earl Grey Bravo, but still rather tasty. I’m running low on EGB, so this is a nice substitute. :)
