drank Rooibos Toffee Tide by Drink T

This is one of the teas I one in the SororiTEA Sisters Blog Contest! Thanks!!!

This tea smells delicious! It also tastes yummy like toffee. Very good. I think this tea might be good with a splash of milk :).I don’t think I steeped it long enough though, it was slightly weak. I am gonna hold off on rating it.

This was also the first tea I have ever used a T-sac to make. It went very well – no roobios in the bottom of my cup = yay!!

Had this with breakfast again this morning – mmm. I am curious to try this with milk. I am throughly enjoying it plain and simple though. Really a great breakfast tea!!!

Another tea from the SororiTEA Contest! Thank you!!!

I thought this sounded like a nice tea to take me out of a Sunday night homework funk, and I was right. This tea is positively lovely!

The tea smells very sweet and it tastes warm and rich and buttery and sweet. It actually reminds me of this weird thing my mom used to do when I was little where she would put butter and sugar on rice to get me to eat it. This tastes exactly like that! Which sounds completely disgusting, but it is a nice sweet/savory combo. I really enjoyed this tea a lot!

I got this tea as a bonus with my winnings from the SororiTEA sisters blog contest – thanks LiberTEAS !!!!!!!!!

I decided this would be a good tea to have with breakfast this morning. I like more plain teas in the morning and I wanted some energy to get some studying done – yay midterms :(

The only yerba mate I have had is malted chocomate from 52 Teas (ironically also won in a contest – haha) and I have been wanting to try more. This looks way different than the 52 Teas one! It smells roasty kind of like coffee beans, it also has this odd kind of salty smell to it.

It tastes very roasty and kind of earthy. It also tastes very healthy, which probably sounds negative but it was in fact quite delectable!!! Great way to start my Saturday!

Another tea from the SororiTEA Sisters Blog Contest – Thanks!!!!!!

I was really excited to try this one so I thought it would be the perfect way to kick off the weekend :)

First off the blueberries are huge! All the dried blueberries I have seen as like half the size of rasins and these are more like double the size of rasins!! Mmmm!!! I love blueberries and blueberry pastries and blueberry teas so this tea is pretty much an automatic winner for me!! It smells and tastes very much like blueberry which is great. The only thing is I wish it had more cream cheese flavor – I am not really getting any, but I enjoyed the blueberry flavor so much I didn’t really miss it :)

Thank god I saved this tea for later in the day… it helped prevent me from picking up the computer and shaking it til Microsoft access worked properly.

This tea is a very yummy Moroccan mint type tea (which I love!) Glad I had this sample to try!!! Okay back to mircosoft access now :(

drank Darjeeling Tea by Twinings

I keep debating whether this tea is actually the tea I am buying or whether I am miss logging. Regardless it is a bagged darjeeling tea from either lipton or twinnings but I am not sure which and I always forgot to look and then I think I remember and then I am not sure – ugh! Okay rant over.

Regardless of what brand this tea is it is very nice to have in the morning to wake me up for work or class. For a little while the water where I buy it was a little bit cooler and the tea had this wonderful honey quality that I miss but oh well. It is still yummy!

Also today when I was buying this I noticed there were these odd little things that looked like ketcup packets but they were lemon juice packets – has anyone ever tried these? I was curious but I don’t drink lemon in hot tea.

Looking through steepster trying to find my tea really made me want more tea but I have to be strong and conserve my second cup as I am at work for many more hours -haha.

I just received my prize from the SororiTEA Sisters Blog contest yesterday – Thanks LiberTEAS !!!!

I decided to try out one of my new teas to recover from a brutal exam. And this tea sounded nice a happy! It tastes delicious. It tastes like white tea with a hint of melon and a little bit like honey but that may just be part of the tea or the melon flavor. I throughly enjoyed this tea, and I am feeling much more peaceful now :)

Profile

Bio

Tea has always been a part of my life. A cup of tea was always the solution to middle school tears and high school early mornings.

When I was in college I started quite the little tea collection in my tiny kitchen cabinets.

I have definitely scaled back my tea ordering and tasting the past 2 years or so, but I am getting back into it.

Outside of tea my interests include reading, photography, too much tv, visiting new places, trying new restaurants and playing video games with my husband.
