This place is AMAZING! ALL fair trade and organic. Great food, coffee, and tea. Not bad prices with free Wifi and couches to sit on. Very relaxing. Best place in South Jersey :)
The tea is EXCELLENT! Customer service people are rude, pushy, and do not listen. They work on commission and are pushy about the customer spending as much $ as possible and NOT about making the customer happy. I’ve bought a cup of tea there at $5 each for 4 days in row (and the employees recognize me) and I STILL got treated poorly for wanting a bag or tea not a tin. I was told AND I quote “Well, we want to spend our money wisely don’t we” in a condescending tone but the assist. MANAGER! PLUS, she was rude and pushy even when I had to say no a total of 4 times! So, yes, the products great! BUT I’ll order from Specialteas.com (wear Teavana gets most of their teas) WAYY before I go back there.
