A very tasty chamomile. Nice and strong lemony, floral flavour. The tea bags smell sweet like dry straw and when steeping the tisane you can smell the chamomile.

Flavors: Dry Grass, Floral, Lemon, Sweet

Preparation
Boiling 3 min, 30 sec 2 tsp 10 OZ / 300 ML

There is a definite blueberry flavour and it tastes quite complex to me. The black tea is a bit sweet, but also tannic (but not overly bitter!) I really love this tea, I just wish they had a decaf version haha.

Flavors: Blueberry, Fruity, Honey, Sweet, Tannic, Winter Honey

Preparation
Boiling 4 min, 15 sec 2 tsp 10 OZ / 300 ML

tea can become decaf by stepping for the first minute or two then trowing out the old water before you make your cup as normal

You can really taste all the herbs in this blend, it did not have that overpowering menthol flavour that minty teas often have. I like this tea when I am sick or right before bed.

drank La Framboise by Palais des Thés
2956 tasting notes

One of my best friends picked this up on her trip to Paris last year and it is AMAZING. It smells sweet like raspberries but has an obvious green tea smell.

When brewed it is very bright but not acidic. I do find the green tea gets tannic if steeped too long, but I usually take the tea bag out and resteep it again later.

This tea is very good hot or iced. I like it with a bit of honey but it is sweet enough you don’t need any sweetener.

Flavors: Berries, Fruity, Green, Raspberry, Sweet, Tannic

Iced 8 min or more 4 tsp 20 OZ / 600 ML

Very weird flavour. It tasty a lot like yerba mate in that it has a burnt earthy flavour to it like cheap overbrewed coffee. You can taste a bit of cocoa, but no caramel.

Quite tasty for a powdered tea. You can taste the blueberry and green tea, but neither overpower the drink. The green tea isn’t bitter at all and the blueberry is nice and sweet.

Flavors: Blueberry, Fruity, Green, Sugar, Sweet, Tea

Iced 2 min, 0 sec 1 tsp 10 OZ / 300 ML

Bio

I am a biochem major hoping for a career in research genetics and evolutionary biology. I love science fiction and spend too much of my time reading comic books. I’m a passionate keeper of spiders, cacti, and exotic plants. I eat a vegan, plant-based diet for moral and environmental reasons (I mention this only because it is relevant to which flavoured teas I drink).

I drink mostly flavoured and low caffeine teas/tisanes, but I will try anything twice. As far as pure teas go, I gravitate towards whites, yellows, and jade oolongs. I’m always open for trades and sample sales/exchanges. Message me any time :)

My cupboard is mostly up to date. For a more comprehensive list, see my stash spreadsheet here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-HjWKR3um-xEnj6HC9vMvKXOAyj_bpW5u_2ixEC20-k/edit?usp=sharing
