The tea that got me into my obsession. I purchase this tea at the Persian markets after falling in love with it at different Persian restaurants. It took me awhile to figure out how to properly brew this tea, but to make yourself a pot, make sure not to leave the tea bag in for longer than five minutes or else it’ll get bitter and also blend in some hot water when you’re done brewing. Even if you’re not a fan of sweetening your tea, a lot of my friends add a bit of sugar in this tea since it really brightens up the tea.

Made my morning cup. I steeped it a little long so it’s a bit more floral than I would like. I’ll definitely monitor my second cup better!

My friend bought me some tea from New York and this was one of the teas she gave me. I am normally not a big flavored green tea fan (though I love flavored black teas) but the smell of this tea is pretty amazing.

I tried making this tea into ice tea and it was a bit of a fail. It’s definitely better as hot tea since the smell of the fruits, the slight sweetness is good. I think when it’s ice tea, you lose a lot of the great qualities of it.

As for it hot, it’s very light and has a sweet taste to it. Unless you’re into fruity teas, the smell can be overwhelming after awhile…

Picked up some Harney & Son’s tea sachet from a market since the tin was so cute and I don’t know what it is about the word supreme, but it is full of awesome.

I definitely use this when I want a quick and easy cup of tea on the run. I especially love using it for ice tea. Steep for 5 minutes in all so very hot water, add ice, water, and some splenda to sweeten it up and you got yourself some sweet tea! Use two tea bags for stronger tasting ice tea … Yum!

I’m a bit of a snob now when it comes to Earl Grey – it’s my first choice for my morning cup and I absolutely love it with some soy milk (just a little splash, any more and you’ll completely get rid of the taste of the tea) and brown sugar, steaming hot!

My friend first got this for me for Christmas, a small 1 oz tin and I devoured that quickly. After, my boss surprised me a few weeks ago with a larger tin of Earl Grey which I’ve been drinking religiously.

The flavor is quite light and fragrant yet not too floral. I can normally get 2/3 cups using the same batch of tea leaves.
