Received this as a sample with a Lupicia order, which I was excited about, as I was considering purchasing it. While it’s a fine tea, it’s not particularly special. Not getting any of the mango or orange that the Lupicia website describes, but I am getting a lot of peach. Glad I got to try it, but also glad I didn’t purchase it.

I added a good amount of honey to this cup, but it’s still weirdly lacking enough sweetness to balance out the sharpness in the lavender and bergamot. I’m not loving this cup nearly as much as the previous ones, and definitely not as much as Deb’s Spiced Earl Grey Muffin.

Ordered this when Cocoa Amore was restocked. I love the Whispering Pines vanilla blends. This is definitely different than all of the other variations of the WP black tea+ vanilla. I’m not getting much of the vanilla, but that could be due to my failure to give the bag a good shake before I prepped my steeper. I’m getting roasted mushrooms, tree bark, and wet wood.

Flavors: Bark, Mushrooms, Wet Wood

My boyfriend made me a cardamom, rose, pistachio cake for my birthday today! It’s absolutely delicious, and it went perfectly with a nice big pot of this tea. I made it over the stove in cashew milk and it was so delicious. It’s also slightly rainy and overcast today, so the milky chai perfectly fit my mood.

Syrupy stone fruits and brown sugar. Such a tasty tea!

Added a bit of honey, and it really seems to bring out the blueberry flavor. I’m not getting any mango. But, the combination of fruity blueberry, roastiness, and slight grassiness is quite nice.

The apple flavor really seems to have faded, unfortunately. I’m mainly tasting maple, with a touch of turmeric.

Used the rest of my packet to make both my boyfriend and I a cup this morning. It’s so fresh, bright, and springy. Definitely reminds me of Easter baskets filled with candy. I can’t make out the individual fruits too well, but the combination is really tasty.

I have 3 more bags coming, so I felt comfortable finishing one off. I had to up my rating here to 100, because this tea just brings me so much joy.

This last cup was particularly tasty. The cardamom was super present, with just a touch of ginger. The roastiness of the genmaicha, along with the bit of fruitiness made for a really delicious cup.
