I just ordered this from Liquid Proust, and I couldn’t be happier. It didn’t come with brewing instructions so I followed my instincts and managed to make a perfect brew at 195 degrees Fahrenheit, for 40 seconds. The leaves are aesthetically pleasing, like little dark brown rolled up leaves. The scent of the liquor is warm and inviting. The liqour tastes smooth and rich, with a wonderful roasted flavor. I would recommend this tea to anybody who enjoys roasted oolongs.
