In the last year, Guardian hasn’t changed all that much. The taste is even thicker and sharper towards the end, and it’s not as crisp in the early steep as is to be expected. I found the texture to be a bit more viscous today, but that could be also due to random variations. As for some new notes, I picked up curry leaves, compost and apple skins in the dry leaf aroma as well as cream, honey and apple in the taste.
