David’s Tea Advent Day 1: I must start off my saying that I had already bought 4 oz of this for a friend and housemate. I am so glad I did. When I tasted this tea for the Advent Calendar sample, I was impressed. First, it is a wonderful combination of mint and chocolate flavors. Its almost like an Andes candy in a glass. It also steeps at least twice (2 × 500 mL pots). And still has a decent combination of chocolate and mint. It really puts up a challenge to the Mint Chocolate tea from Harney and Sons except that one is a black tea.

My first Davids Tea, Snow Day, day 1 of Advent Calendar sampler kit. I am a black tea with milk kinda gal, so this is taking my tea tasting in a completely different direction. Interesting, chocolatey , mint experience.
