Dragged this out of the freezer to add to the morning work matcha rotation. It smells…weird. I can’t quite put my finger on it. Like some sort of green unripe fruit that I can’t identify.

As for taste, I made it as a hot sweetened matcha latte and it was decent. There was still a bit of that fruit I don’t know what it is but overall it’s fairly tasty. Staying in my freezer this whole time definitely preserved the flavour pretty well, for which I’m grateful.
