thank you CHAroma! for sending a sample of this my way. Even being sick i risked drinking this one since i have a thing for franks pumpkin flavouring. I quite like this one. Not enough to feel the need to buy a whole bag for myself but it did reinforce that i still love the pumpkin flavouring that he has. Paired with the green base (not usually my preference), it’s got a nice creamy feel to it. Thanks CHAroma!

sipdown! I had a cup of this today to try and drink up some of the non black teas in my cupboard. the rest of this is also going out to share with tea friends since i am not a fan of greens, but did really enjoy this one. yay for cleaning up teas!

another tea from this morning. not a bad little tea, but not my favourite. i think on the whole, yunnans are not necessarily my favourite cup of tea. Still, a decent enough one to drink :)

my new years day plans have been ruined by being sick. So much for getting to drink tea and play board games with friends all day. Might just need to make it up by “forcing” my other half to play games with me all day. Not nearly as much fun as gaming with more than the two of us but i really don’t want to get anyone else sick.

I had a cup of this in the morning. I’m struggling with working today so i may call it quits sooner rather than later.

sad…sad…sad…sipdown. I resteeped the heck out of this one, knowing it was my last go around of this until next year. I have to say that this is without a doubt my favourite pumpkin tea. Thank you so much for sharing Terri!

i had a cold brew of this one and i’m thinking my tastebuds may be having issues with this one so i’ll hold off on rating it. The aroma is undeniably peachy but the taste comes across as overly floral. I’m thinking it’s just the sick factor so i’ll try this again once i’m better :) thanks terri!

…aaaand more tea is here. now up to 185 with a few more things on their way from what i understand lol. Oh well. saw a tasting note for this one and it reminded me that i have lots of this. Figured it would be a decent cup for this evening before i pull out the herbal blends to finish the night off. still enjoying this one quite a bit.

Finally got around to trying this one, though it’s a bit silly given that i’m sick. I wanted a vanilla tea though so i pulled this one out. it’s for sure a black tea with a dash of vanilla – the base, as angrboda mentioned is heavily present. I’m ok with that because i like being able to taste the tea bases. :)

finally sat down to have some of this, which is decidedly stupid given that i’m sick but whatever! it’ my tea and i can drink it when i want :) This is quite delicious, though i do taste hints of floral notes in the background, making this less enjoyable than some of the recent fauchon teas that i’ve tried. I don’t hate this though and the almond flavouring is delicious! I’ll have to give them one another shot once i’m sure my tastebuds are back to normal heh

I’m nearly down to the bottom of this tin finally which makes me sad but also gives me an excuse to pay attention for the next damn fine tea sale so that i can restock this one and pick up the new one, provided i like the new one. thankfully this tea hasn’t gone the way of 49 and i still love it :)
