11037 Tasting Notes
Black tea of the morning! I’m trying to sipdown a few moer of the teas in my cupboard before I crack open the new teas I received from Stacy. My only real complaint being the bags Butiki uses as they aren’t quite airtight and often bits of tea will make their way out the bottom. This of course means I have to try and put them in other tins or feel complelled to drink them down faster.
All that being said, I really enjoy this tea. I’m looking forward to comparing it with a few of the other teas i picked up from stacy. I need more straight teas in my life. :)
Oh man…i’d forgotten how good this is. Morning smoothie and while I was tempted to do a sipdown on my boerry matcha THIS begged me to drink it this morning. I am so glad i listened! I added a dash of cheesecake matcha to bring out a bit of creaminess as well. Man let me tell you, there’s a reason i have a back up package of this unopened in my cupboard. SOOOO good!
Made this into a cold brew and it was a good time. I am truly enjoying the teas from Stacy that have made their way into my cupboard. There’s a small part of me that really wants to make this alcoholic :) In any case this is a great fall tea for those evenings where the tempaerature dips down a little.
Mmmmm I really like this tea when the weather’s a little colder outside. It’s almost like having a cider to drink…something I really enjoy when I’m ice skating in winter. Very nearly a sip down – I may finish this later tonight if the weather gets cooler this evening. My other half is at work tonight so I’ve got the house to myself to drink tea in and finish getting some of my packages ready for drop off tomorrow.
Very nearly a sip down – only one more smoothie left I think. Which is a good thing because I’ve been staring at the matcha all weekend wiling it to jump into my shopping cart lol. However I don’t Really have the funds and expect that there will be deals on Friday I won’t want to pass up.
Once again a delicious offering from red leaf, though not my favourite by any means.
