Sipdown!
I finished this yesterday, which seemed appropriate.
All in all a delicate, mild breakfast blend, which actually made for a refreshing change. I enjoyed it very much.

Happy Halloween!
I’ve been drinking this at work, where it does very well. Its a very gentle sort of breakfast blend, so it does very well at work, where I am sipping and distracted, rather than in a place of drinking tea in full mindfulness.
It also is appropriately named for today, with all the implied spookiness of Halloween!

For the last two weeks I’ve been on vacation. It was my first proper vacation in years, and I took advantage, going all the way to Spain and Portugal. It was wonderful, but I didn’t get in as much tea as I wanted, and so I am very happy to be home and reunited with my cupboard.
In my part of the world it is still warm, too warm to be almost Halloween. No matter, I am still going to drink my very autumnal blends.
Even if it doesn’t quite feel like fall, I can still make it taste like fall…

Welcome back! It is fun to get away, but so good to get home. Enjoy your tea!

drank Pumpkin Spice Chai by The Tea Spot

Today I am heading out to the pumpkin patch to get the annual gourds to decorate my porch.
So, there is only one thematic choice in my cupboard for today, and this is it.
I’ve added a sugar cube, and am pleased with the result. It mellows the somewhat bitter taste it can have.

It is Friday! It is time to have a lovely cup of tea to celebrate.
It’s been a long week. It is good to have it over.

Yesterday was busy, and full of lots of annoying things- flat tire, and complicated work stuff, but it all got taken care of, so I feel pretty good about it.
But, just in case, I am drinking this to try to imbue my morning with niceness. So far it is working!

I’ve brought this along to work, and I think its going to do really well as a work tea. Its a really nice tea, but gentle enough that it can ease me through paperwork and suchlike.

Its raining!
Oh, how wonderful. How absolutly sublime. I love the rain, it’s my very favorite of all weather.
I wish I could spend all morning wrapped in my robe, in my big chair drinking tea, but I will do what I must (which is, going to work).
I am going to enjoy a small pot of this lovely tea while I get ready, however. It will make me very happy. The lavender is just the right sort of flavor for this weather.

I had a late night last night (positive, but late!) and I wanted something lovely for my breakfast cup.
Ahhhhh. I love Boston almost beyond what is reasonable. Om nom!

Luckily, I did order a sample of this one! ;)

I brewed up my ordered sample of this as a nice after yoga pot of tea, and it really made my day.
It’s almost chai like, almost cider like, and just really, really nice. I may need to get some more of this before autumn is done.

Sounds amazing. But I just ordered from Harney & Sons a couple of days ago! QQ

I am cursed to always hear about an amazing tea from a company that I have just placed an order for, so I feel your pain!

I love tea! I confess that I was a hot chocolate lover for most of my life, but recently a switch has gone off in my brain, and suggested that I might just love tea. And I do!
I’m a bit of a novice, but an enthusiastic one, and am happily sipping new varieties all the time.
I love vanilla, fruity, and caramel flavors, and cant wait to try more.
