A bit too astringent for my liking. I would probably try infusing for less time if I had the opportunity to drink this again in the future.

I can’t taste any flavouring in this one.

I will withhold my official rating for now as I have a cold and may not be able to taste properly at the moment.

Black tea is smooth. Very perfume-y flavouring but not too overpowering of the black tea. Reminds me of fruit punch drink.

Bruntsfield is a small area near the city centre of Edinburgh, where I am currently living.

The flavour is smooth with just enough astringency to remind you that you’re drinking a breakfast tea. Nice malty flavour.

This tea is probably best infused at boiling. I remember this tea as being one of my early favourites from when I started drinking loose leaf tea. I love the combination of black tea and peppermint flavour. There is a medium mouthfeel and the black tea is mildly detectable. It is too bad that there are so many artificial flavours in there which muddy the tea and mint taste.

Cinnamon candy-sweet. There is a bit too much sweetness in this one for the use of rooibos which has a clashing savoury note. Good mouthfeel. This tisane feels like it would give the warmth and sweetness required after some time spent outdoors on a cold day.
