I am not the biggest fan of this tea, however I am a HUGE fan of the effects of guayusa apparently.
It has a wierd bitter taste that reminds me of good tasting lipgloss. It gives me tons of energy and with a bit of agave I can handle drinking it, but it’s not my first choice of energy teas. I’d much rather have a mate.
I’m also aware that this is the only guayusa tea i’ve had, so I intend on trying to find one that is a bit easier on the taste buds.
