Upon first impression, I noticed it smelled A LOT like strawberry Fruit By The Foot. The leaves are dark brown, consistent with a traditional puerh tea. There are bits of strawberry in it and it is intensely aromatic. The flavor is very similar to the taste, balancing the strawberry flavor with with the rich flavor of the puerh base. It’s my first time with a flavored puerh and I must say I quite enjoyed it!

drank Happiness by Lupicia

Contrary to the name, Happiness did not bring me immense joy. I found the flavor to be a bit wonky, an odd blending of sweet and sour along with a yeasty aftertaste. I felt like there was so much going on and this blend would have been much better served had Lupicia adopted the mantra of “less is more”. Wouldn’t recommend it, Lupicia has much better teas for your time and money.

Well, I just posted a review about my dislike of rooibos and naturally this one comes to my attention. Piccolo was great, it is a very sweet tea that reminds me a lot of their strawberry/vanilla flavored teas. The rooibos blends well with the flavoring, delivering a smooth taste that isn’t too heavy. It’s a great summer tea that’s delicious iced.

Pommier was an interesting tea. I feel very similar about it as I did Lupicia’s muscat. Ponies is a very red tea, courtesy of the vibrant rooibos base and apple additives. It brews a reddish brown and smells a lot like apples. I won’t go so far as to say it was a bad tea, but rather it didn’t suit my personal tastes. I struggle with rooibos teas and this was no game-changer for me.

This tea was awesome. The leaves were intensely aromatic (like most Lupicia blends) and it brewed a nice deep brown. The black base was moderate, allowing the cinnamon to shine through. However, the cinnamon was not too spicy but rather added a nice after taste to the tea. It would be great in the fall, I tried it iced and rather enjoyed it, though I think it would have been better hot. Another favorite Lupicia tea!

This tea was alright. I don’t think the berry flavor was as good as it could have been. The green base was extremely mild, probably to make way for the berry flavor that I just didn’t really taste. I would recommend other fruity greens.

This tea is delicious! I loved their strawberry so I assumed that the strawberry vanilla would be just as god. Upon opening the bag, it was extremely aromatic and pretty much stayed that way through the brew. It’s a very sweet tea, good for dessert and great iced. All of the flavor is balanced evenly while still boasting a crisp green base.

Another great flavored tea from Lupicia! I tried their other peach which I believe had a black base and wasn’t thoroughly impressed. However, this peach flavored oolong was spot on. The peach was blended well enough that it was only slightly present in the after taste, the way I feel a lot of flavored teas should be. The oolong was a beautiful base tea to go with the peach flavor and overall it was just well-blended. It brews a nice golden/green color and is slightly aromatic but not overpowering.

drank Grapefruit Green by Lupicia

I was actually very surprised by this blend. I usually abhor citrus flavors because they are too tart, but this was a welcome change. It brews a light spring green color which makes me think it has a sencha base or some sort of a sencha blend. The grapefruit isn’t too overpowering nor too bitter, it went down smooth and required not additional sweetener.

I actually really enjoyed this. The blueberry flavor was very genuine and complemented the black base well. It was very aromatic and overall a very refreshing tea, it’s a great pick if you are looking for teas that are great iced.
