I have spring 2018 harvest thanks to Leafhopper and there isn’t much to write about. I had two cups of it today, one in the morning, while I wasn’t able to recognize any flavours (not a tea fault, I was just so tired and just-woke-up mood); and one in the afternoon after very astringent and kind of heavy, sheng pu-erh, which certainly wasn’t my jam either.
However, second attempt was better, however it falls flat to me. It was fine, smooth caramel-carob-malt sweet notes, but not any depth of it. Maybe western steeping (2tsp/300ml?) isn’t good ratio?
However pairing it with delicious lemon cake was an excellent idea!

I warned you about this tea! :P It isn’t terrible, but it’s not great either. I’m glad the lemon cake saved the day.
It will be a good daily drinker to the office I think :D
Lemon cake indeed saved the day, I didn’t studied today too much either. I feel miserable.

Taking a break sometimes is okay. :)
Certainly it is, but 3 days before finals seems like a bad timing to me!
Lemon cake is divine!
