902 Tasting Notes
Going to go to bed early tonight…big pot o’ this before I head that way. I have noticed I sleep better when I drink chamomile at night. This blend is pretty good…but I’ll probably be investing in a different one rather than pick it up again.
Preparation
Having the last of this sample as well tonight. I do wish it was a bit stronger in fruit flavor…as a child of the 80s, when I hear “punch” I think “Hawaiian Punch”, and expect to be smacked in the mouth with flavor.
Preparation
teabird sent me some of this to try. Thank you so much!!
The smell of this is amazing!! It’s got a creamy smell which comes across in the taste as well. This is a fantastic rooibos blend! It’s almost orange dreamsicle tasting. Very slightly floral, slighty citrusy, and very creamy!! This is amazingly good, and one that I may have to invest in.
sigh Too many teas…too little time and cupboard space.
Preparation
I adore Art of Tea’s LS, and I keep that one on hand now. Also love Alberta Street Chai. Very excited to try this LS and see how it is; thanks, Meghann, for sending this sample my way!!
It’s a bit sweeter than Art of Tea’s. It doesn’t seem as fall-leaves-burning tasting, either, rather just plain smoky. And the smokiness tends to linger as an aftertaste. It’s good, but I prefer Art of Tea’s LS with its richer smokiness.
Preparation
Only had one Art of tea offering – their Classic Black – but that was superb. if there LP is anything like that…hooo-boy.
I’d be happy to send you some of the Art of Tea Lapsang if you’d like. My local tea cafe sells about 50 Art of Tea blends.
@Jaime – That’s very kind of you. I also forgot to respond to your off about the Walnut Fudge. If there’s anything in my stash you want in exchange, lemme know.
I’ll pack up some of the Walnut Fudge, too. PM your address and let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to try from my stash. I’ll go peruse yours!!
