24 Tasting Notes
I am a huge Tiramisu person! So when i saw this tea online i immediately went to my local Teavana to try it out. The aroma smells heavenly! But when i took my first sip i was a bit disappointed. I had expected a fuller flavour from it. Maybe i’m spoiled by some other tea companies. It was, however, a very enjoyable tea. I did like drinking it throughout the night, switching from drinking it straight to drinking it with milk. The tea seems to have a fuller body when i added milk to it, which i loved! I recommend this tea! It is a tasty treat and great in the place of a fattening dessert! lol
Preparation
This tea is not one of my favourites from Lupicia. The oolong base is a bit overpowering and the ginger is almost non-exsistent. I can smell the ginger but i can’t really taste it. I’ve tried mixing fresh ginger with the tea and that helps make it more gingery for me, but i don’t like having to put that much effort into making a tea taste good, since it’s supposed to taste like ginger in the first place.
Preparation
I love this tea! I am not to partial to smokey teas but this one has a medium smokey base and the Chinese logan fruit blends very nicely with the Bergamont flavour. During the summer, i love making this tea into a tea spritzer or soda. It’s an interesting taste but also very good! I recommend this tea for Earl Grey lovers as well as smokey tea people! If you’re neither i still urge you to try it!
Preparation
I like this tea because it has the awesome sweet flavour of cinnamon (which i’m not too much of a fan of only because it can be over used in products). The cinnamon flavoured is nicely balanced with the black tea based. The only sad thing is that i can’t used the same teabag twice D: I recommend it for any cinnamon lovers out there. :)
